Let’s Talk Returns

We get it, sometimes things don’t work out. Maybe the color wasn’t quite what you expected, or the size felt off. Whatever the reason, we’ve created a return process that’s straightforward and respectful. This policy explains how returns and refunds work when you shop with Enpremium.

Eligibility for Returns

You can request a return within 14 days of receiving your item. To be eligible, the product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when it arrived. If it’s been worn, altered, or damaged after delivery, we won’t be able to accept it.

We ask that you include proof of purchase, like your order confirmation email or receipt, when submitting a return request. This helps us locate your order quickly and process things smoothly.

How to Start a Return

To begin, send an email to info@enpremium.com with your order number, the item you’d like to return, and a brief reason. You don’t need to write a novel, just a few lines will do. We’ll reply with instructions on how to send the item back.

Please note that return shipping costs are your responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping method so you know where your package is at all times.

What Happens Next

Once we receive your returned item, we’ll inspect it to make sure it meets the return criteria. If everything checks out, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method. This usually takes 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

If the item doesn’t meet the return conditions, we’ll let you know and offer to send it back to you. We won’t dispose of it without your permission.

Exchanges

We don’t offer direct exchanges at this time. If you’d like a different item, color, or style, we suggest returning the original and placing a new order. This helps us keep inventory accurate and ensures you get exactly what you want.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged or isn’t what you ordered, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Include photos, if possible, it helps us understand the issue faster. We’ll work with you to resolve it, either through a replacement or refund.

Personal Data and PDPO

When you submit a return or refund request, we collect personal data like your name, contact details, and order information. We handle this data in accordance with Hong Kong’s Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance (PDPO). That means we only use it for processing your request, keep it secure, and never share it without reason.

You have the right to access or correct your personal data, and you can withdraw consent for its use at any time. Just email us at info@enpremium.com and we’ll assist you.
